1. Order Modification & Cancellation
Prior to Dispatch: You may request an order cancellation at any time before your items are manufactured or shipped. If processed within this window, you will receive a 100% full refund.
Post-Dispatch: Once your package has left our fulfillment center and is in transit, we are unable to cancel or alter the order. You will need to initiate a standard return upon delivery.
2. Return Guidelines
We want your wardrobe to feel right. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you are fully entitled to request an exchange or return.
The 14-Day Window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date you successfully receive your package.
Item Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a refund, your apparel must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original, pristine condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Verification: A valid order number, digital receipt, or invoice from Solavibe is mandatory to authorize your request.
Important Warning: Please do not mail your items back to the address listed on your shipping label or to the original manufacturer. Returns sent without prior approval from our team cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs & Additional Fees
No Restocking Fees: Solavibe will never charge restocking fees or handling administrative penalties for returning an item.
Transit Costs: Customers will only be responsible for shipping costs a maximum of one time (this covers the return logistics fee).
3. The Refund Process
Arrival & Inspection: Once your return package reaches our warehouse facility, our quality control team will inspect the garments. We will issue you an automated email confirming that your package has been received.
Status Notification: Following the inspection, we will send a secondary email confirming whether your refund request has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the items.
Payment Reversal: Upon approval, your refund is processed immediately. The credit will automatically be issued back to your credit card or original payment gateway. The exact posting time depends on your financial institution's processing schedules.
4. Delayed or Missing Payouts
If your refund was officially approved but the funds are not yet visible in your account, please perform the following checks before escalating:
Review your online bank statement or mobile app once more to ensure the transaction hasn't cleared under a pending status.
Get in touch with your credit card processor. Financial networks often experience a delay of several business days before officially posting returned funds.
Contact your local banking institution to ask about their standard clearing times for international e-commerce refunds.
