Because your items are sent from the facility closest to your location that holds active stock, overall shipping times will vary based on your geographic destination and the warehouse origin of the individual items.

3. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)
If you ordered several items at once, you might receive them in more than one package. Do not worry—this is completely normal and happens for two primary reasons:

4. Lost or Interrupted Shipments
Every purchase made at Solavibe is dispatched using fully insured cargo services. Although third-party transit networks operate independently of our store, we fully protect your investment.

If a package gets held indefinitely at a border, gets sent back to our facilities, or is officially deemed lost by the courier, we will resolve the issue. Thanks to our transit insurance, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement order featuring expedited tracking at zero extra cost to you. 5. Import Duties, Tariffs, and Border Taxes
All prices listed on www.solavibe.shop are displayed tax-free in USD. This means you may be subject to local import taxes, customs tariffs, or clearance fees once your shipment arrives in your destination country.

These assessments are levied directly by your local government borders; they are the sole financial responsibility of the shopper and cannot be reimbursed or covered by Solavibe. 6. Order Cancellation Window
The 24-Hour Rule: We accept cancellation requests only within 24 hours from the exact time your transaction was processed.

Post-Fulfillment: Once this 24-hour grace period ends, or if our warehouse team has already packaged and handed your shipment over to the carrier, the order cannot be halted or canceled.
